Creative lead agency for Lebenshilfe Wien
Lebenshilfe is one of the largest Austrian organisations for people with intellectual disabilities. Its goal is the inclusion of its customers and the realisation of a life for people with disabilities that is as self-determined as possible. To this end, it accompanies them, for example, in day structures, during internships and work trials in the free economy, in shared flats and their own homes, as well as in their leisure time.
One of the challenges for Lebenshilfe is to be perceived by various stakeholders, from (potential new) clients and employees to cooperation partners, donors, volunteers, the media and funding bodies. This perception is essential for the financial and personnel support of Lebenshilfe.
As part of its CSR activities, Merkle has been supporting Lebenshilfe Wien pro bono for many years. This ranges from joint activities to the development of communication campaigns. For the new campaign (for which Merkle employees also acted as models), we expanded the meaning of Lebenshilfe: because successful inclusion ultimately advances society as a whole. A positioning that also led to the new claim: "Lebenshilfe. Take us further."
The creative idea: We staged one of Lebenshilfe's central challenges – its perception. Our key message: Lebenshilfe takes us further, further than we can sometimes see. In the individual subjects, concrete services of Lebenshilfe were staged with a headline system ("We bring ..."). This also complements and explains the claim.
