Merkle Cited as a Leader among Customer Insights Services Providers for marketing database operations by Independent Research Firm

Merkle (www.merkle.com), a leading technology-enabled, data-driven performance marketing agency, announced that it has been recognized by Forrester Research as a Leader in the marketing database operations scenario of  “The Forrester Wave™: Customer Insights Services Providers, Q4 2015.”

Forrester Research evaluated eleven firms across two buying scenarios - Marketing Database Operations and Customer Engagement Strategy. According to the report, “A combined competency in data operations and customer strategy will become increasingly important as marketers work to close the gap between insights and action.” Merkle was cited as a Leader for Marketing Database Operations and was among the strong performers for Customer Engagement Strategy. Forrester cites Merkle’s discriminating hiring process and notes that the agency has some of the most satisfied clients in the review.

The Wave report stated, “Business or consumer marketers will like this vendor [Merkle] for database operations or client engagement strategy due to its emphasis on quality staff and continuous development of new capabilities.” In the report, Merkle received the highest scores in the Strategy category across both scenarios.
