Michel started his career as a technology professional within DuPont, the world-leading chemical company and inventor of Teflon. For about nine years, Michel has held various sales, marketing, and digital positions, helping 15 business lines develop and deploy CRM Strategies to effectively engage B2B and B2C clients across the world. In 2016, the CRM Programme, which Michel led as Global CRM Center of Excellence Leader, was counting 10,000+ professionals managing millions of customers across business lines.

In his current role as Global SVP, Salesforce Practice Leader at Merkle, Michel leads one of the largest Salesforce practices across the globe. He continues to be energized about helping companies leverage the power of Salesforce to unlock business outcomes through digital transformation programs – he looks forward to being Merkle’s Executive Sponsor of this project.

Jon Bennett
Jon Bennett
Salesforce Alliance Lead, EMEA

Jon Bennett, more fondly known as JB, is a respected IT professional with more than 25 years of experience. Currently, he holds a senior leadership role at Merkle, where he leads their Salesforce Sales & Alliance business across EMEA, while successfully leveraging his strong background working with renowned software companies, brands, and top executives. At Merkle, he develops EMEA growth strategies covering sales, partnerships, talent retention & development, and M&A. His expertise in these areas has significantly contributed to the successful expansion and effectiveness of the company's operations in the region. Prior to Merkle, JB led teams and formulated go-to-market strategies for successful SaaS companies including Salesforce, New Relic, Certinia (formerly known as FinancialForce), and Oracle. 

Being a proud father of two girls, JB is a passionate ally and champion of talent development. He works closely with Merkle's internal talent development team to identify, develop, and shape the next generation of leaders. JB also proactively mentors both internally and externally to Merkle and takes great pride in seeing his mentees succeed. JB can be found running, cycling, and hiking (and in some cases all three!) across Yorkshire with his four-legged companion, Riley.
