  1. Generative Report Creation: One of the notable AI features in SA360 is Generative Report Creation. This feature allows users to create reports by simply typing plain language into the reporting interface. Gone are the days of scrolling through numerous fields to find the information you need, as by automatically detecting compatible columns and excluding incompatible ones, SA360 saves you valuable time. Moreover, it enhances data visualization by adding the most suitable charts and graphs to reports. This feature proves useful for custom reporting, granular campaign analysis, audience segmentation, floodlight and conversion action reporting, and bidding strategy performance insights.
  2. Ads Guide: Navigating the SA360 Help Center can sometimes be time-consuming when you're searching for specific answers. This is where Ads Guide comes in. It is a feature currently in beta that simplifies the process of finding the information you need. Whether it's a question on account settings, user management, bidding and optimization features, bulk sheets and templates, reporting, conversions and measurement, or billing, Ads Guide allows you to quickly find answers. It ensures that advertisers can efficiently access the necessary information and make informed decisions.
  3. Generative RSA Templates: Creating ads can be a time-consuming task, but SA360's Generative RSA Templates have made the process more streamlined. Launched in Q4 2024, these templates reduce manual effort by automating the traditional ad creation workflow. Two newer noteworthy features of Generative RSA Templates are Edit Mode and Ad Personalization based on Custom Dimensions:

Edit Mode: With Edit Mode, advertisers can make changes to ads without overwriting existing data. This allows advertisers to see the iterative impact of their edits and make data-driven decisions to optimize their campaigns effectively.

Ad Personalization based on Custom Dimensions: Generative RSA Templates can now utilize ad group linked custom dimension data to generate ads that are more relevant to the messaging that advertisers want to surface. 

Generative RSA Templates are also now more aligned with the advertiser's brand messaging and are available in all languages.

Making use of these new or updated features within SA360 allows advertisers to unlock more insights, and save time through expedited workflows and automated scaling of campaigns. There will certainly be more updates to come in this space as SA360 develops more integrated AI solutions to help its customers achieve growth.
