A typical week might bring in 10+ briefs, ranging from large campaigns to quick, small-scale requests – many of them unannounced and with tight deadlines.
While these tasks are crucial, they often require fast solutions rather than extensive creative processes. This sparked an important question: How can we work smarter, deliver even greater value to our clients, and still maintain the quality and efficiency they expect?
For that reason, we created MiniMerkle. MiniMerkle is built with Tailwind CSS and React (Next.js) to manage a sequence of automated events involving various APIs. A brief is uploaded and analyzed by an advanced GPT-4o model from OpenAI, specifically prompted to provide a strategic overview of channel recommendations.
Prompts are stored in a library, allowing adjustments to tone and style to ensure alignment with the brand. With a simple drag-and-drop functionality, MiniMerkle gets to work in seconds. Whether you need it to analyze your brief or you want to dive straight into content creation. It delivers actionable recommendations to strategy, campaigns, channel selection, and formats. The tool suggests timing and placement and even provides strategic advice. It offers fully developed proposals for messaging and design, completely automated and in under a minute. Generated content is paired with relevant images by creating a search string integrated with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. You can use GPT-3.5 for simple outputs like tweets and GPT-4o for higher-quality content like newsletter.
MiniMerkle, though still a prototype, has proven to be a fast and efficient AI assistant for handling briefs, analyzing them, and delivering tailored campaigns. When requesting a campaign, you upload a brief and MiniMerkle quickly suggests strategy, channels, and targeted audiences. Content is then generated and customized for different platforms. After a quick review, the campaign is ready to go live – in under an hour, compared to the usual 7 to 20 hours.
Even though MiniMerkle is still a prototype, it shows impressive results of how you can save significant amount of time without sacrificing quality. Future features include voice control for real-time collaboration and automated approvals.
