About the job

The purpose of this role is to drive and oversee the delivery of the assigned projects to ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will oversee project scope and timelines, coordinate Agile ceremonies, and coach team members in Agile frameworks. You will facilitate internal communication, ensure collaboration, and act as the primary contact for external communications. Working with product owners, you will manage backlogs, handle new requests, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Your role includes resolving conflicts, removing obstacles, and guiding creative teams to higher scrum maturity.

This is a remote position, reporting to Program Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manage project scope and timeline
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
  • Coach team members in Agile frameworks
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Be the contact for external communications (e.g. from clients or stakeholders)
  • Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Help teams implement changes
  • Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Guide creative teams to higher scrum maturity

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 + years working as a Project Manager in a digital environment
  • Skills in managing projects of high risk and complexity, including timeline and budget management
  • Expertise in leading strategic discussions and presentations to all partners
  • Experience working at depth within a client services organization on projects with top tier consulting firms or design agencies
  • Understanding of technology development and the design lifecycle
  • Experience of the end-to-end process for delivering design and user experience deliverables, experience in eCommerce, content management, and data integration processes and platforms a plus
  • Ability to travel, occasionally, as needed

The anticipated salary range for this position is$68,000-$110,400. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
