我們在尋找一個同時兼具商業策略思維、CRM 顧客價值路徑設計能力、Martech 創新應用點子、數據邏輯轉譯與具備行銷溝通創意語言的斜槓基因人才,加入我們的CRM特種作戰團隊。他/她將會協助: 1.帶領客戶一起挖掘以消費者價值為核心的新商業藍圖 2.跟客戶一起找出客戶組織與部門之間的溝通斷點,然後設計出優化方程式 3.檢查品牌與消費顧客之間的CRM溝通裂縫,透過創意和創新Martech 思維協助互動升級 4.參與解讀客戶的商業數據、從裡面發現商業機會與診斷CRM的商業風險

職務需求:

- 2-5年以上的CRM策略企劃經驗

-具備數據洞察的解讀能力與商業趨勢分析能力

-良好的邏輯與企劃案設計能力,並能獨立提案

-具備跨部門、跨專業、跨領域的好奇心與轉譯能力

加分條件:

-曾經參與會員權益制度的設計

-CRM會員系統或是會員經營Line/APP導入經驗

-具備跨界思考的能力與開放的態度,融合CRM/Martech解決方案
