I am a project manager: I keep my team together, I am a troubleshooter and an open ear. I hold everyone to a deadline, take responsibility for the budget, and find quick solutions. These are qualities that are also in demand in my everyday life as a mom. Why do I emphasize this so much? Because at Merkle all my skills are in demand. And at the same time there is enough time for my daughter. For me, the math works out: Family + career = master plan at Merkle.
