The rating is merited by Merkle’s extensive technical expertise and consulting knowledge with significant market presence.
Merkle was named to the Top 10 vendors list on maturity index.
The PeMa Quadrant is an industry benchmark that measure the key capabilities of leading data-related service providers in terms of their penetration and maturity. The research is conducted annually via a survey, through which AIM evaluates leading service providers based on different penetration parameters, including financial health, growth, customer confidence, and company outreach, as well as on maturity parameters that includes work delivery, tech advancement, employee maturity, and support infrastructure.
