Co-authored by Merkle’s Craig Dempster, EVP and Digital Agency Group Leader, and John Lee, EVP and Chief Strategy Officer, the book discusses how marketers can use targeted, personalized experiences on addressable audience platforms to drive revenue and more meaningful customer relationships.
