We are incredibly proud and excited to announce that the Merkle Customer Decisioning practice has achieved ‘Specialised Partner Status’ for the EMEA Region. We have achieved the Pega specialisations in EMEA for the following: 

  • 1-to-1 Customer Engagement
  • Financial Services
  • Training

 

What does this mean for Merkle? 

With Merkle having achieved the ‘Training’ specialisation and the ‘1-to-1 Customer Engagement’ specialisation, this now means that not only can we do it, but we can teach our clients how to do it too.

Our excellence in delivering customer decisioning solutions for our Financial Services clients goes back more than fifteen years, so we are incredibly proud to achieve the ‘Financial Services’ specialisation.

Our three specialisations emphasise our commitment to customer decisioning and developing our strong working relationship with Pega. As we move into the future, we will add to our specialisations list whilst also extending our expertise into new geographies. Watch this space!
