About the job

The purpose of this role is to drive the day to day operations of email/SMS/mobile push services delivery. The role ensures our email/SMS/mobile push services teams are organised and well positioned to deliver for our clients. The role engages directly with our clients, but also other teams, and communication is a key.

You will support the Client Director in delivery on the account, managing the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution. This is a key role in driving collaboration internally and externally with the client and partners.

Responsibilities

  • You will build effective client relationships and acts as day-to-day client partner; working with them to achieve their marketing objectives and works to nurture and grow the relationship

  • You will own projects from initial scoping and brief through to execution with support from the senior account team

  • You are a committed, responsible and confident leader of projects, who can work both independently and as part of the wider team

  • You will have an overall understanding of digital marketing and is able to grasp how each facet of marketing drives business impact

  • You will brief delivery teams and third parties to ensure all parties are fully equipped with the required information and expectations are fully met

  • You will help client and internal stakeholder prioritize projects based on context

  • You will manage and streamline process with client and internal teams for more effective account management

  • You will help to manage client finance process (PO filing, invoicing, remittances) and supplier finance tasks

  • You will manage resource usage and suggests opportunities to improve margin, resulting in accurate and timely billings

  • You will attend weekly client meetings and actions client requests and briefs

  • You will own day-to-day client communication, including contact reports.

Qualifications

  • 6+ Years in Account management

  • Experience in working with ESPs like Braze, SFMC, Oracle Responysys or Iterable 

  • Experience of working on a fast-paced account across multiple projects and managing multiple stakeholders

  • Up to date on relevant marketing trends and innovations

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
