We are looking for a visual designer with typography and presentation deck design experience to join our team creating Go-to-market decks and materials supporting our Data & Technology Analytics practice areas. You will report to an Associate Creative Director. Please note that a digital portfolio is required.

If you swoon over publication design and relish long-form content that flexes your typography and design skills, love the challenge of creating visually engaging and easy to navigate marketing reports, pushing the creative limits in PowerPoint, transforming data tables into engaging visuals for analysts and CMOs alike, interpreting brand guidelines to create visual systems like layouts, color palettes, and other visual elements for a diverse set of brands, you're a great fit for this role. The Information Design studio lives within Merkle's Experience Design community and responsibilities similarly to an in-house creative team. We specialize in marketing communications and partner with subject matter experts across Merkle to enhance our client business communications. Our common deliverables include consulting and trend reports, RFPs, concept pitches, KPI dashboards, data visualizations, infographics, and product marketing materials like case studies and capabilities. Responsibilities:

Presentation design, go-to-market materials, typography, and data visualization for our Data & Technology and Analytics practice areas

Design presentations for our high-profile deliverables including concept pitches, consulting/trend reports, infographics, KPI visualizations/dashboards, and product marketing materials highlighting our capabilities and case studies.

Collaboration and the ability to be a strategic partner with teams including Sales, Strategy, Product, and Client Creative.

Learn our business inside and out so you can be a strategic storyteller and voice for our brand. The mission for the Info Design team is to help content creators communicate, inform and persuade.

Work across brand guidelines for both Merkle and our clients.

Design and manage entire projects from concept to completion.

Be a team player. Help with anything from an image search to building layouts based on established templates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-7 years relevant experience
  • Experience building top-notch design within PowerPoint, web, print, mobile, and social networks
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Page layout and typography skills
  • Information design expert
  • Work across brand guidelines for both Merkle and our clients
  • Design and manage entire projects from concept to completion
  • In-house and B2B design experience

Additional information:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
