The purpose of this role is to lead and manage customer analysis deep dives, execute the strategies outlined by senior leadership, and manage the day-to-day communication with clients.

The Media Analytics team at Merkle is a fast-growing team of experts who apply rigorous analytics to help our clients assess the impact of their media efforts.  We combine our deep media platform knowledge and cross channel expertise to understand the drivers of performance. 

We are looking for a manager to be the primary daily SME voice to the client and lead a delivery team to implement strategies and plans that deliver insights and measurements to allow clients to improve their media investment decisions. You will report to the Director, Analytics. This is a hybrid role near Bethesda, MD.

Responsibilities: 

  • You will be primary contact to client, company partners; manage daily communications 
  • You will use 1st Party (1PD) and 3rd Party (3PD) data matched together in a data cleanroom to build out media measurement reporting and analysis.
  • You will provide thought leadership in implementing the right media measurement framework and suggest optimizations to drive conversions across media channel, partners.
  • You will translate requirements into analytics roadmap and delivery plan 
  • You will drive conversations with multiple stakeholders across a client engagement on best-in-class media reporting and measurement 
  • You will provide expertise, mentoring, and career advocacy to junior team members 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics, designing and measuring media performance
  • Experience in using log-level data for Media Reporting from clean room providers like Google ADH, LiveRamp, Habu, Snowflake and others.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, R, AWS, GCP, Azure, and BI visualization is a plus.
  • Experience translating partner requests into workable analytics solutions 
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in statistics, economics or related quantitative field required

Additional information:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
