What we do
Digital is the core of our projects. Sometimes, it's branding, sometimes it's UI, and sometimes it's marketing; nonetheless, the work we do in the experience design team is based on design thinking with 3 distinct phases: Discovery, Concept and Delivery. In the discovery projects, we focus on understanding the problem, the users, and the broader context. It involves gathering insights through research methods like interviews, observations, and data analysis. The goal is to empathize with users, uncover their needs and pain points, and build a solid foundation for defining the right problem to solve. This phase is all about curiosity, open-minded exploration, and setting the stage for creative, user-centered solutions. In Concept projects, we wear our most creative hat, joining brainstorms, visual explorations, pitching ideas, and asking questions. Ultimately, being a driving force towards, whatever is the vision set for our client - which often involves pitching and presentations. When working with concepts, every idea counts. There is no hierarchy, and we believe designers get the opportunity to challenge themselves and what they know, no matter their level of expertise. In Delivery projects, we collaborate closely with Experience Architecture and development to hand over pixel-perfect designs and prototypes for implementation. This is where the love for our craft is at its purest. We work with the highest standards of UI and Interaction design, there is room for any product-minded geek.
Who you are
You will be specifically involved in the visual/digital aspect of our projects, leading our clients. You are passionate, driven and possess a natural creative flair. You love to experiment and try out ideas and concepts. You are curious, always seeking that extra oomph that can ignite something greater, inspire your colleagues and elevates our clients.
Besides a natural desire to get your hands dirty with any type of project that could enrich you, and help you grow as a person and as a professional, we would require some solid experience within the field of UI design, design systems and prototyping.
