The purpose of this role is to provide strategic recommendations and manage all resources to ensure the Client’s marketing needs are met. They are viewed as a trusted advisor to client, understands and articulates client business insights and leverages to contribute ways to move business forward, lead and monitor the day-to-day activities; proactively identify new business building insights and opportunities, manage, motivate and develop their team; work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the Client’s business.

Our Swedish Business team is now looking for a senior Client Service Director to join our journey and to help us grow.

We are a global agency, so your role will have a broad, diverse set of responsibilities within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

As a Client Service Director, you have a responsibility to grow existing clients as well as bring in new ones. You will be focusing on client needs and growth, KPIs, and identifying new business opportunities by presenting relevant Merkle offerings. You will also be responsible of the commercial client aspects, including contracts, pricing, profitability, internal revenues, and forecasting. You'll be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery and alignment of all involved parties.

Qualifications

  • You have a few years of experience in similar positions.
  • You have a solid experience and understanding of CXM offerings.
  • You have experience in managing large digital and technically complex projects in agile development.
  • You have an interest in and good insight into technology, business and people.
  • You are client-focused and have the ability to interpret and understand client needs.
  • You have experience of leading end-to-end presales /RFP responses/ pitch processes.
  • You thrive on leading client teams, maximizing team potential, delegating strategically, and taking charge when needed.
