Key Responsibilities:
Analytical Support: Provide comprehensive analytical support to senior procurement team members
Data Maintenance: Maintain and analyze procurement data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize spend.
Cost-Benefit Analysis: Perform cost-benefit analyses to evaluate procurement options and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
Performance KPIs: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
Supplier Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure they meet quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
Supplier Risk Assignment and Due Diligence: Assess supplier risk and conduct due diligence to ensure compliance with company standards and mitigate potential risks.
Supplier Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier data to support procurement activities and decision-making.
Supplier Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring they meet all necessary requirements and standards.
Supplier Segmentation: Segment suppliers based on various criteria to optimize procurement strategies and manage supplier relationships effectively.
You will be reporting to the Procurement Operations Lead.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement analytics or a related role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, PowerBI, …
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
