The purpose of this role is to support the talent acquisition team to attract, engage and hire the very best talent into the organisation. This is a service delivery role partnering closely with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders to help ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role has a strong focus on candidate communication, candidate management, and customer service.
The primary objective of this role is to implement the talent acquisition strategy and processes to attract and hire top-tier talent for the organization. This position collaborates closely with the STABP on talent acquisition and resource management initiatives, while also partnering with HR and business stakeholders as needed. The role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and selecting qualified candidates in alignment with the organization's talent plans and timelines. Key responsibilities may include external talent mapping and benchmarking, driving diversity and inclusion efforts, external sourcing, managing candidate interviews and negotiations, enhancing the employer brand, and supporting resource management and HR activities when required.
Qualifications
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Talent acquisition
- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms
- Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills. Independent, task driven and able to manage conflicting priorities
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines; adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, fluid environment
- Meticulous, strong planning and organization skills
- Good oral and written English, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
- Experience in Workday would be an added advantage
