The Finance Assistant, Media Delivery is responsible for providing quality media operations support to dentsu Canada’s Media and Performance brands. The Finance Assistant, Non-Digital will support designated clients through execution of media operational activities concerning campaign delivery, ranging from campaign setup, buy entry and actualization to media reconciliation as well as supplier management. The Finance Assistant, Non-Digital will ensure client-centric focus on best practice, process and policy alignment, as well as continuous improvement.
- Engage and maintain relationships across Media Operations, and key partners across all Media and Performance brands in Canada.
- Partner with team members and leadership in implementing continuous improvement related to client and campaign delivery to make the process more effective for clients and businesses across Canada.
- Support brand partners through execution of operational activities involved in campaign delivery – campaign setup, buy entry and actualization
- Ensure that buys entered in the Media System are in line with clients Media Purchase Authorization (MPA)
- ·Reconcile media delivered with supplier and resolve mismatched supplier invoices and discrepancies within the designated timeframe
- Provide additional operational support as needed

Key Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Media, Advertising, Marketing or in related field
- Relevant work experience (internship or other) in digital (programmatic, search and social, direct digital) and/or non-digital (Broadcast and Print and Out-of-Home) media buying and delivery or operations
- Advanced knowledge of Excel required.
- Experience with contract / audit compliance.
- Knowledge and proven experience with finance, budgeting and cost control principles
- Previous experience with media systems such as Prisma and Media Ocean.
- Proven working experience in a media agency is a plus.
