As a Client Manager in our customer experience agency, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, providing expert guidance and strategic insights to drive their digital success. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement effective customer experience strategies that align with clients' business objectives.  

Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be instrumental in cultivating long-term partnerships and driving client satisfaction. Your role as a Client Manager includes the responsibility of creating new business opportunities and expanding our client portfolio. With your business acumen and client relationship-building skills, you will actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to existing clients, identifying areas where our expertise can provide added value and drive further growth.

  • Ability to build strong client relationships, provide strategic guidance and drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with their business objectives  

  • Foster collaboration among teams to facilitate seamless project execution and leverage diverse skill sets  

  • Develop strategic roadmaps and actively create and drive pipelines to generate revenue growth  

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster and maintain effective working relationships with team members, enabling collaboration, optimizing team efficiency, and succeeding through others.  

  • Act as a customer experience transformation advisor for both clients and the internal team, guiding strategic decision-making and driving innovation  

  • Ability to lead and mentor teams, providing guidance and support to achieve project goals  

 

We are looking for people with experience or knowledge in: 

  • 6+ years of experience in a consultant role in a digital agency or consultancy.  

  • Successfully running a client portfolio with a minimum revenue of 10 mnok   

  • In-depth knowledge of Merkle’s service offerings.   

  • Have experience with successfully delivering large and complex digital projects across most of Merkle’s service offerings.   

  • Strong understanding of the everchanging IT landscape, customer experience perspective and transformation   

  • Calm under pressure   

  • Strong leadership skills   

  • Can successfully delegate and scale within own pipeline while maintaining a solid overview and strong client relationships   

  • Positive can-do attitude   

  • Proven track record in client relationship management   

  • Expertise in driving digital transformation initiatives.   

  • Successful project management of complex digital projects
