We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to Mid-Level Account & Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage small to medium-sized clients while supporting senior team members on larger, more complex initiatives. You will act as a key contact for clients, building strong client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. 

This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in project management and client services who is eager to learn, grow, and take on greater responsibility. 
 
In the Netherlands, we work together with renowned brands such as Odido, Dutch Railways (NS), Albert Heijn and VodafoneZiggo. Moreover, we have strategic partnerships with Salesforce, Google, Adobe, Marigold.

 
Key Responsibilities 

Project Management: 

  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined timelines, budgets, and scope. 
  • Assist in managing risks, tracking progress, and ensuring project objectives are met. 
  • Use both agile and traditional project management practices to suit project needs. 

Client Coordination: 

  • Serve as a key contact for day-to-day client communication. 
  • Assist in gathering and documenting client requirements and ensuring alignment with deliverables. 
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates and addressing questions or concerns. 

Team Collaboration: 

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals. 
  • Support resource scheduling and manage task assignments under the guidance of senior managers. 

Documentation & Reporting: 

  • Prepare and maintain project plans, meeting notes, and status reports. 
  • Ensure project documentation is up to date and accessible to team members and stakeholders. 

 
Qualifications: 

  • Experience: 1–3 years in project management, account management, or a related role, ideally in digital, mar-tech, or technical industries. 
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management methodologies. 
  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with web technologies, digital platforms, or marketing tools is a plus. 
  • Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. 
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Skills: Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities. 
  • Languages: Native level Dutch as well as Fluency in English
