The purpose of this role is to provide technical guidance and suggest improvements in development processes. Develop required software features, achieving timely delivery in compliance with the performance and quality standards of the company.

Must Have:

• Over 8 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, with at least 3-4 years in a solution architect role.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Core (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
• Proven track record in designing and delivering large-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Core technologies, including custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, with a focus on Salesforce Core technologies (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning).
• Ability to define and manage solution architecture for the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with best practices.
• Leadership experience in guiding technical teams to implement solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to industry best practices.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand business needs and provide optimal Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication skills to present technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Proven ability to implement custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to meet complex business needs.
• Expertise in ensuring seamless integration of Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications.
• Experience designing and implementing integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to enhance marketing automation and customer engagement strategies (if applicable).
• Experience working with Mulesoft for complex system integrations, including data migration and ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
• Ability to provide guidance on best practices for SFMC and Mulesoft implementations.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and architects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, security models, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using RESTful and SOAP APIs, middleware, and integration tools.
• Ability to design complex solutions and lead cross-functional teams in large-scale Salesforce projects.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior management.

• Strong mentoring skills to guide junior architects and developers and ensure consistent skill development across the team.

Good to Have:

• Should possess Salesforce System and/ or Application Architect Certifications
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including implementing email marketing, journey mapping, and marketing automation solutions.
• Experience with Mulesoft for integration and API management between Salesforce and other third-party applications.
• Familiarity with Mulesoft Anypoint platform for seamless data flow and integration.
