The purpose of this role is to provide technical guidance and suggest improvements in development processes. Develop required software features, achieving timely delivery in compliance with the performance and quality standards of the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Architect and design a scalable and secure dashboard application.
  • Lead the development team, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project milestones.
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly, responsive front-end applications using Next JS.
  • Build robust, scalable back-end services using Python.
  • Design and implement secure authentication and user management modules, integrating Okta.
  • Create and optimize dashboards and visualizations using Highcharts for complex data analysis.
  • Ensure application performance, logging, and monitoring for error detection and resolution.
  • Advocate for high availability, security, and performance in cloud-based deployments.

Skills

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in front-end architecture with Next JS.
  • Proficiency in Python for back-end services using Fast API and data analysis libs.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Redshift for database operations.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud security.
  • Proficiency in microservices design and deployment strategies.
  • Familiarity with Highcharts and data visualization best practices.
  • Familiarity with AWS services like EC2, S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
  • Familiarity with Docker creation and deployment process

Leadership Skills:

  • Team leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Experience:

Required:

  • 8-9 years in full-stack development, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Proven experience designing and deploying multitier applications.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Okta, Highcharts, and AWS monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
