Profile Description:
A client facing role, where you will work with clients to understand their business objectives to design, implement and enable the utilization of their Marketing Technology and Customer Data Platform Systems, particularly Adobe Experience Platform. This role supports a client-facing discovery process, helps curate solutions, design, develop and implement Adobe Experience Cloud and Experience Platform solutions and its advanced capabilities to our clients ensuring they are successful in their marketing goals.
Development, Implementation, and configuration experience using Adobe Experience Platform. Along with AEP Foundation, it is good to have knowledge and expertise onto any of these application services – RTCDP, Customer Journey Orchestration, and Customer Journey Analytics.
This role will be part of the Marketing Technology Professional Services team. In addition to your direct team there are 3 X-functional teams that you are supported by including client services, planning and development to deliver exceptional experiences and services to our clients.
Key Skills:
Experience in CDP – Adobe Experience Platform – Preferred.
Should have minimum IT Experience of 1+ yrs.
Must have 1+ yr. scripting experience on Java Scripting or Node.JS
Must be familiar with APIs (REST, Open APIs, CURL)
Must be familiar with handling unstructured data using JSON/Parquet file formats
Develop complex queries (have used SQL/No SQL) using any on premise DB platforms like Oracle/MS SQL or on Cloud Platforms using Post Gre/Google Big Query etc
Analyse customer use case, available data to prepare for automated & ongoing data ingestions.
Experience in data analysis, ingestions, modeling and mapping.
Have worked on any EAI/ Integration /Middleware or Cloud-based Data Ingestion using
Big Data Platforms.
Good to have: -
Knowledge of CDP, PII Data, and Anonymous Data integration and use cases
Good to bring in Mar tech knowledge and experience using any campaign skill.
1+ year of client facing experience is desirable.
Exceptional customer facing skills and great communication skills, verbal, written and presentation.
Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset.
Passionate about the customer experience and driving customer success.
Able to articulate and convey technical concepts in a similar manner to a mixed audience.
