Job Description:
The purpose of this role is to oversee teams of delivery resources within a vertical/small grouping of verticals based on defined span of control and ensure good outcomes for our clients, the business and our client teams. This role is a senior-level delivery leader who has significant depth in the design/build and management of multi-channel CRM / Campaign solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides day-to-day leadership over multiple account delivery teams across multiple disciplines
- Supports business development efforts, both existing and new logo
- Ensures high quality client centric service and client value
- Has strong financial acumen, accountable for achieving financial performance goals, budgets
- Possesses high-level understanding of service offerings and capabilities
- Has strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to both internal and external stakeholders
- Manages resource, including staffing plans, performance feedback and setting work expectations
- Provides thought leadership and solutioning to clients
- Oversees continual process improvement initiatives
- Has a keen understanding of business operating model, including offshoring and pyramid strategies
Qualifications:
- > 9 yrs of Digital Marketing Experience (specifically in e2e Email Marketing – discovery, implement, run & operate) - MUST
- > 7 yrs consistent experience in at least 2 Marketing Platforms – like Adobe, SFMC, Pardot, Unica, Braze etc – MUST
- > 5 yrs of People Management and significant experience in Leadership in communicating with Business stakeholders, contribution to campaign community internally / externally – MUST
- Strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on. - MUST
- > 7 yrs of B2B and B2C marketing, business improvement and project execution efforts. - MUST
- Some experience in winning new Logos – either contributing to RFP, or white gap analysis in existing accounts (Nice to Have)
- Passionate about programing (Nice to Have)
