Qualtrics Platform Expertise – Hands-on experience working with Qualtrics. HR Experience (3-4 years) – Focus on Employee Experience, Talent Management, HR Analytics, or Change Management. HR Consulting – Desirable experience in HR consulting, particularly in delivering advisory services.
Should have the capability to look at data reporting, insight generation, PowerPoint building, preferably in the context of Employee experience
