As the Engagement Director, you will oversee a team of Engagement Managers and Consultants, driving internal operations, team development and the strategic direction for the delivery of Salesforce technology solutions. While the bulk of your role will be focused on team leadership, operational efficiency and internal project oversight, you will have allocations to billable work (subject to demand). During this time, you may engage directly with clients or step in to support projects as needed, leveraging your expertise and leadership skills to ensure project success.
