We are looking for a Senior MarTech Consultant with focus on SFMC to join our team.

We are looking for those who are not afraid of exposure to projects for top global players, working with the leading marketing automation platform, using the best practices of digital marketing and the newest technologies in a fast-growing environment. You will report to the Marketing Services Manager. This role can be performed from our locations within the Czech Republic, Portugal or Serbia. We have a hybrid workplace.

These will be your key responsibilities:

  • You will work on projects to implement the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform for our clients
  • You will build, test, execute and optimise customer journeys and marketing campaigns
  • You will work with customer data to create segments and data models that meet client requirements
  • You will create content personalisation using simple scripting language (AMPscript)
  • You will automate processes within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • You will advise and consult our clients how to get the best out of the platform
  • You will conduct workshops with project partners

You are an ideal candidate if you:

  • Have fluent English language skills, spoken and written (Czech language is not required)
  • Have 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
  • Additional knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Adobe Experience Platform are also relevant
  • Have deep knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SQL
  • Are a team player with a friendly attitude
  • Are ready to accept new challenges and not looking for routine work
  • Are used to communicating technical aspects to internal and client teams
  • Are familiar with the following concepts: Digital Marketing, Email Marketing, IP warm-up, Audience Segmentation, Omnichannel Customer Journeys, Data Modelling
  • It will be great if you also know JavaScript, and have experience working with APIs and Postman
  • An interest in or experience with Marketing Cloud Personalisation (MCP) (Interaction Studio) or Data Cloud are big plusses!
