The Salesforce Technical Architect is responsible for defining complex, multi-cloud enterprise architecture and integrations to meet client business goals, in full compliance with IT constraints.
He/she has a strong development background experience, and proven track record of successful delivery as technical lead for development of Salesforce projects based on Core Platform (Sales, Service, Community Clouds) and Marketing Cloud in agile environments.
The Salesforce Technical Architect works independently, thrives in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, and is able to effectively design, test, and deploy software solutions. He/she communicates tactfully and is at ease to present convincing technical solutions and architectures to peers’ panel, in client project engagement or pre-sales activities.

Job description:
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect, French speaker, in Geneva with proven experience in leading the delivery of complex multi-cloud Salesforce solutions while working closely with the client team on site.
Technical expertise:
- Extensive Salesforce expertise, specifically Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of API integrations (REST, SOAP) and experience with Salesforce integrations using middleware solutions (Boomi, Mulesoft or other).
- Proficiency in Salesforce data modelling, security and sharing modelling.
- Ability to design scalable and secure multi-cloud solutions.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems (e.g. ERP).
- Diagramming and documentation skills (UML, Lucidchart, etc.).
Required project skillset:
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and collaborate with different IT and business stakeholders (sales, marketing, cyber security, infrastructure, application owners, product owners etc).
- Experience working in Agile environments and mentoring developers and administrators.
- Capable of managing technical debt and optimizing existing systems.
- Comfortable working with pre-defined technology constraints and group-wide decisions.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Visionary mindset: Someone who can balance long-term architecture goals with immediate business needs.
- Customer-centric approach: Focused on delivering business value through robust and user-friendly solutions.
- Adaptability: Comfortable with evolving requirements and group-imposed technology decisions.
Qualifications and experience:
- Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or similar.
- Proven track record in leading Salesforce multi-cloud implementations from architecture standpoint in complex environments.
- Strong client facing profile, with excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives.
- Salesforce architect certifications highly recommended (Application, system, integrations, data, sharing and visibility architect).
- TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture knowledge is a plus.
- Fluency in French & English is mandatory, with excellent communication skills to interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and C-level executives.
