The purpose of this role is to support the talent acquisition team to attract, engage and hire the very best talent into the organisation. This is a service delivery role partnering closely with hiring managers, interviewers, candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders to help ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role has a strong focus on candidate communication, candidate management, and customer service.

Role Purpose

As Recruitment Data Strategist , you support the talent acquisition team to attract, engage and hire the very best talent into the organisation.

This role delivers key data driven insights to the UK TA & Commercial Leadership teams to drive better data led decisions/outcomes, report on talent trends and insights, and deliver accurate and robust reporting.

Your role covers all UK practice lines and functions, with a geographical focus on talent insights, reporting against key KPIs, sharing market intel and working with our Recruitment Marketing team and Practice Leads to inform on talent pipelining activities.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep understanding of UK Practice talent requirements
  • Work with Global TA insights and dentsu platforms, including LinkedIn, to deliver key market insights against priority job disciplines
  • Produce high quality, high cadence, actionable reports and insights through accurate analytics using the suite of available dentsu tools
  • Partner with Resource Management team to drive and inform TA activities through actionable reporting
  • Inform DEI activity through relevant market intelligence and reporting
  • Produce high quality weekly TA reporting to TA and Commercial leadership through development of PowerBI and other visualization tools
  • Develop and maintain strategies and segments for different business areas: track the KPI performance and articulate reasons the trends and recommending improvement actions
  • Work with colleagues across various disciplines across Analytics, Marketing, Strategy/Commercial and Partnerships to pull together comprehensive reporting and insights
  • Produce strategic reviews and provide recommendations based on emerging trends
  • Support and actively contribute to TA projects

Key Skills and Experience

  • Analytical, with experience in collating large quantities of data and refining the same into clear and concise reports suitable for a senior audience.
  • A very high level of Excel proficiency, particularly in the production of detailed and sophisticated corporate level reports.
  • Developed reporting capability and internal communications of data and insight to continually measure and optimise business performance
  • An understanding of regulatory and compliance adherence processes when working with data
  • Demonstrable experience in obtaining market and talent insights to inform strategy and activities
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • A desire to understand the dentsu brand holistically, being a source of truth as candidates learn about who we are and how they can be a part of our vision
  • A strong ability to communicate effectively and kindly
  • Ability to problem-solve autonomously and collaboratively
