Regardless of whether you have applied for a specific position or through an unsolicited application, this is how our application process works:
1. Your application
Apply for the job of your choice using the form. Please submit all your documents, i.e. CV, letter of motivation, certificates and portfolio. You will then receive a confirmation email.
2. Our pre-selection
An initial pre-selection based on your application documents will be made by our HR department. If your profile doesn't quite fit, we will clarify alternative options for you.
3. Our first opportunity to get to know each other
If there is a match right away , we would like to learn more about you by scheduling a call. If afterwards it’s still a match, we'll invite you for a personal interview.
4. Competence and Management Interview
Here you will get to know many of your future colleagues and superiors. Convince us of your strengths and your passion.
5. Congratulations
