Join our diverse and international Data Solutions team who work together with all types and sizes of clients in a broad portfolio of projects and technologies. In this role, you will work together with data engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to develop Tableau dashboards and analytical tools to support and drive business. You will be end-to-end responsible from understanding requirements to delivery of your data products.
Job Description
- Interface with business stakeholders, understanding their problem and help them to ask the right questions.
- Leading client meetings or workshops to understand business requirements and help business stakeholders generate insights from their data
- Consult on the right KPIs to use in each business context focused around the areas of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
- Become familiar with your stakeholders’ domain and processes, and develop dashboards and tools to add business value.
- Provide enablement to business stakeholders to use dashboards and selfservice analysis tools
- Work in an agile team with a culture of learning and continual improvement.
Qualifications
- A passion for analytical problem solving with excellent communication skills.
- You are a role model and expert in developing Tableau dashboards, with experience guiding and mentoring more junior colleagues.
- Solid proficiency in shaping data with complex SQL, able to aggregate the right measures at the right level of granularity.
- A track record of good stakeholder management and requirements engineering.
- Experience with projects from the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is helpful
- A proactive and curious mindset
- You are certified as Tableau Certified Data Analyst or Tableau Certified Consultant
- Fluency in English and German
