Job Description

You will lead a team of advisors/administrators to deliver transactional and specialist HR services to one or more local markets. The Team Lead will understand service delivery and daily team coordination and will share insights and learning to ensure the team has full visibility of how the People Services team meets their goals

The role itself is a perfect match for someone with passion and experience not just in HR processes but also within understanding the importance of 'people development'

Experience with service delivery, project transitioning and daily team coordination, supporting team members' development and upskilling a distinct advantage

  • 2 to 3 years leading administrators to deliver transactional and specialist HR services to markets across our business, delivering a future-proofed People Services function; facilitate a culture that recognises and maximises the value and contribution of its people
  • Ensure our HR processes are implemented and services are delivered in a consistent and common way across different markets, monitoring escalations and implementing opportunities for improvement
  • Deliver integrated, high-quality and responsive people process improvements, in consideration of our people and our priorities with an agreed process-related methodology
  • Promote clear documentation of HR processes, business rules, metrics and standard operating procedures with your team and wider HR; ensure processes are reviewed and aligned regularly
  • Monitor the completion of queries from local markets and seek feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and service that support requirements
  • Monitor local teams (German team included) and service progress against Service Level Agreements and achieve the agreed scope, performance and timelines
  • Manage workflows and achieve agreed KPIs and metrics
  • Advocate for the way you and your team might improve processes, promoting the use of automation and other digital methods
  • Build knowledge of local customs and employment laws, applying this to improve delivery of services and ensures processes remain compliant with local regulatory/statutory requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Team Lead, from an HR Shared Service Center area.
  • Excellent customer service skills and partner management skillset, ability to work collaboratively across the HR team and broader business where required.
  • Dealing with ambiguous situations requires the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience solving issues, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with HCM systems and ticketing tools. Experience with Workday system ian advantage.
  • Fluency in German ideal but communicative (B2 considered)
  • Fluency in English
