Merkle and Livit win the Master title at the Best of Swiss Apps 2020
Two gold, one silver, two bronze – and the Master of Swiss Apps: myLivit rocks the BOSA awards
And the “Master” goes to..
The audience in front of the screens eagerly awaited the announcement of the "Master of Swiss Apps 2020". A total of eleven projects were in the race for the title. Still unnamed bars showed the division of the votes and already indicated the clear distance of the winner.
And then the result: our tenant portal app myLivit, we developed together with Livit, ultimately received the most votes – and thus convinced not only the 56-member jury, but also the readers of the Netzticker and the viewers of the virtual award show. Previously the app had already won gold in the "Design" and "Mobile Web" categories, silver for "UX & Usability" and bronze in the "Enterprise" and "Business Impact" categories.

With myLivit, real estate professional Livit and Merkle set new standards in the real estate industry. Fully integrated, consistently geared towards mobile, specially designed for the business and developed with the customer in mind, the app lays the foundation for a new relationship between tenants and landlords*ladies.
The jury says about the app: "The MyLivit app is a perfect example of when and why Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) are a fantastic solution. Tenants have contact with Livit four times a year – too little to download an app. MyLivit offers a smooth user experience without downloads. The app makes use of various features of the device, is available offline (i.e. also in the laundry room) and enables everything that tenants need, from chatbot to contract signing. Livit simultaneously saves money, time and paper – a clear win-win!"
